Background Mr. Iyedoh Dickson Acha hails from Abavo in Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State. I am of a humble birth that enjoyed high geographical mobility in his early years. I went through many educational trainings; primary, secondary and professional educational institutions. I attended the Federal College of Education Yola for the NCE in Agricultural Science, 1979- 1981, University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I bagged the B. Ed (Hons) and M.Ed in Educational Guidance and Counselling 1988 and 2005 respectively. I have taught and carried out different counselling services in many Government Secondary Schools till 2013 when I joined the Academic Staff of College of Education, Agbor now lecturing at the University of Delta in the department of Educational Foundations. I am presently the Assistant Teaching Practice Co- Ordinator since 2020. In the discharge of my duties, it has been severally observed and applauded that I have a high proficiency in the English Language, well passworded and of good character and charisma applying persuasive skills in psychology to penetrate many minds. I am a Group Co-ordinating pastor in the Deeper Christian Life Ministry and happily married with six children distributed equally on the gender divide. I have eight (8) Journals/Articles published and attended many conferences and workshops. I am a Lecturer two by rank, CONUASS 3 but enjoying 13/6 due to my wealth of work experience.
